Back on track - showing the plan again!

The plan is still solid the opportunity is there. You need to work it though. Have now realized that my personal laps I only have one active in my down-line. I am soo glad that I became Regional before my time-laps (5 months). I am thinking or perhaps I shouldn't.. Since I signed up 20 team members in 3 weeks I sure can continue where I am right now. Continue the success. Aim for 6 in July - and get the extra $50 which gives a pay-out of $900. With this comment I want to point out that if you are not constantly encouraging your team members they will start doubting why they are doing this if you are not giving them your story. You need to become the fuel. The constant drive, the ENCOURAGER and the success story for your down-line to mirror. That's it.

All ya'lls - Get busy. Susan had a great Business presentation and Training. She re-instated me/us to Focus on (the) our WHY. Not material stuff. On Why you need this, bring the real Why in front of you. It is about your family, your well being.
Call your Team and rant with them for a while. remind them to invite future team members to Bring People to meetings. Go to meetings and get inspiration. Update you on new stuff coming in, options and talk with others on how to move forward. I know that I was inspired to take more vitamins when Paul shared the need to keep your PH level. I bought the vitamins to us in the house and I feel "perky:er".

Susan has always picked up people and brought them to meetings in her car. We all know that the meeting starts after the presentation. Use the tools available to you - but Bring the People. Be Fired up! Remember Your WHY!

Regional Trainers... if you audited the Training upgrade now!

Ok - this is just because I only audited the Training session on Durham last month with Paul Orbeson. I paid $50 instead of $199. To get credit it is time to pay the additional $150 to not loose your RTC. Call Corporate to add your payment. I'll check out where to do it online and update you with the info.

OK. here is what I really what I meant to say. As a Regional you will receive $80 per person you train. Keep in mind that yo should not cross over and take for granted that you can get paid. Some of it is pure Joy of Sharing. Your people in your Team is yours to train... ok..?

DISH Network - product knowledge sake

I just signed up for Dish. I loved my Cable, My husband is not happy... and we think it is a hassle still I know that I will get the same or more service for $10/ 6 months... Unbelievably Cheap - AND I am Getting Paid while watching TV. Like I have time for TV watching anyway... I am waiting for some real cool new items on the list from the "Stepping Up" seminar early March in TX. I am hoping to Win the next trip in the fall. I'll fill you in how to WIN a Free trip to KY this fall.

Since all my family are still in Sweden I can not go to grandma and ask her to use Dish and Phone via me soo I am sharing 2 points with a Team memeber. He is taking vitamins and so am I so we just swapped points and now I am qualified.

However...

I had a great conversation with a business colleague the other day. SInce we are not selling services yet we need points He just moved his office and now he has no mobile phone reception in the office. He said he needed a new line and was fine to pay the penalty since what use is a cellphone with no coverage. I told him about FHTM and "BAM" I have a new member on my team. It was a great way for me to introduce FHTM to him. I did not know how to approach him before however it became a great segway. even introducing True Essentials to another colleague was a great way to get a costumer if not a new Team member.
